Racism, breaking into the stadium, unnecessary booing and some ***** with a laser...  As always, the few ruin it for the majority!

 

And I wonder how much the Covid figures will go up after this tournament, our short lived foray sent our figures through the roof.  

According to Nicola and Jason it was not the fans in the stadiums or fan zones, it was people in each others houses and the idiots who made the trip to London that caught it and no doubt passed it on to others.

Yes its awful, that poor guy Saka  he has worked like a trojan throughout the whole tournament, but it seems many will probably remember him for the missed penalty rather than all the very skillful hard work he put in, let's also remember he wasn't the only one who missed a penalty.

As for Rashford, I'm afraid I've always thought of him as over rated.

Yes I did think that myself, and the ones who sneaked in without a ticket.  If security is that poor  how many sneaked in without a test!

I think the big downer in all of this is the Racist abuse what they had to take yet again as that seems to never go away.

Lets hope Wembley gets there CCTV looked at and get them and not just a telling off,just these few idiots that spoil it for the rest of us.

Ok we lost this but the Big one next,its been out on Hire since 1966 so we need it back now..........................KICK OUT RACISM...........

Problem is, it’s not a few, there are hundreds of idiots.The way things are with bad and criminal behaviour we’re going to have more cameras than China,not a world I want to live in.

Always thought the penalty shoot out was a horrible way to decide a match, and there's been a lot of discussion of alternatives in the last few days. One of the suggestions I rather liked was to award it to the team who got the least yellow or red cards. On that basis, England would have walked it - at one point it seemed as if the whole Italian squad was going to get one!

I quite like the idea of a sudden death decider! 😃

Kinda like when you were a kid.....'Next goal wins!' could be 5 minutes could be an hour! 😲

There was a " Golden Goal" in some shape or form a few years ago but for the life of me I can't recall what competition it was used in.

Additional information.

Penalties are the worst way of deciding.  Noone won the Euros really, the match ended at 1:1.

I've always thought it a crap way to end a game.  Was Italy better than Spain?  I'd prefer the golden goal.

I think if we won on penalties I don’t there would be too many complaints on changing the rules👍
