Losing the will to live with mk3 1L SodingBoost 2014

Featured Replies

Hey all,

Beginning to lose the will to live with this focus. Not only did I have to replace the coolant inlet connector due to it snapping while removing the pump which I think needs to be replaced.

Got that fixed and been trying to remove the frigging recirc valve but none of the torx things wants to fit so unable to remove that to install new turbosmart valve.
The coolant degas pipe just snapped at the grey hose split adapter. The hose there feels well brittle :-( So now ordered a new one of those (Those I mean the 3.5 setup)

What has the good folk used to get those stubborn B*beep*g screws out of the recirc valve?

Cheers.

Guy who's ready to torch his focus :-D

I am sure it's Allen keys for it.
