I have a 2018 Fiesta 1.5tdci, had it since Nov 2019, no issues until Nov 2020 when car needs an oil change every 2000 miles, warranty ended March 2021. I'm a driving instructor and Ford are trying to say driver style causing issue. To say I'm furious is an understatement, I've used Fiestas for over ten years, no issues. They changed the DPF three weeks ago and oil change needed last week. Any help on the matter would be appreciated. Ford have told me to drive for around 15minutes at 2500 rpm. This goes against every thing we teach as you have to drive in too low a gear to achieve this.
