Linking paypal to Google pay........No option even on p.c/looked at youtube but i have no paypal there????

As on the Title,i just set up Google Pay and added Debit card but wanted to add paypal as a back up as its going through paypal onto my Credit card.

I have a S20+ and as it said there is no option on the mobile app to go online onto the account and payment methods but its still not there in ''adding payment methods''

My only last option is adding my Credit card direct which aint a problem but paypal is that bit safer going through paypal then Credit card direct,might be wrong.

Why aint it showing on my P.C to addwhich is very weird.
