I have just purchased a 2017 Titanium x estate and the Sync 3 version is 2.2. I have downloaded an update for my car formatted the usb stick to exfat as instructed. I plugged it in and the updating software notice was displayed at the top of the screen. The update has not loaded  as it still says 2.2 on the Sync 3 version. Anyone know what I have done wrong or need to do?
