Hello There

Can anybody explain the difference between these two valves, they have the same part number but the numbers on the right are different and they don't operate the same in the car.

I'm thinking the 18T and 15T are the year as my car is a 15 plate and I bought the second one 18T from an 18 plate Kuga, my car is a 1.5 tdci Focus on a 15 plate.
