Fiesta st seats to a courier van? #help

Featured Replies

New member)

I've just recently bought a Ford courier van (2017)and colour coded it etc, I've also bought fiesta st front seats which I've since discovered don't fit.

I think they will with some modifications (one way or an other there going in)

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated and thanks fir accepting me to the forum 👏👏👏

I saw Courier in your post and thought 1996 , I had one of the Fiesta based Couriers 😄

But I thought this FOC link might be of use to you ...

No idea about the seats, but to point out the obvious, your opening up a hornets nest doing this, should you ever be in an accident the insurance probably won't pay out, if plod pulls you there's a risk of being done for no insurance, to overcome these you'd need to declare it to your insurer(s) (every year) which will jack your premium up no doubt, and they may want a mechanics\MoT type report to approve it's safely fitted, but they may still charge more because it's a mod, you probably know all this, but just pointing it out incase you hadn't considered this, hope you get a result though.

Hi.

If you have any issues with insurance for a change of seats then please feel free to drop me a line.

Regards,

Dan.

I'm just really new to the whole baby thing so I'm not sure really what else I'm going to need a store in the vehicle. It's the five-door version so there's plenty of room in the backseat I guess it's just the hatch that I'm more concerned with. Maybe I'll invest in a roof rack that way I can strap other stuff on there if I need to.

Not sure that strapping a baby on the roof rack would be a good idea. Then again I'm not familiar with a 2023 Ford model Haan, so maybe it's the only option. 🤔
