S-max starting problem

I currently have a 2017 S-max titanium sport, diesel 180.

it’s got to the point where I’m not sure if it will start or not. I went for a long drive, stopped, stop start kicked in and then wouldn’t start again. 
 

Another time, drove to recycling (4 miles), turned off and wouldn’t start again.

battery was tested, alternator tested all seemed fine. Just not sure when it’s going to start and when it’s not
