I want to re wrap my lawn mower handle in some sticky foam/toweling, doesn't matter what. In the 70s, you could buy rolls of self adhesive toweling to wrap round your tennis racket, but I just can't find what I'm looking for. Obviously the terminology I'm using isn't down with the kids. Anyone any idea what I should be searching for?

    If you want something thicker then try water pipe foam insulation. The 15mm (inside diameter) would probably be a good fit and you may be able to get it locally. This is one example.

    Being a keen cyclist you can buy some really nice thick robust bar tape that is also spongy for comfort.And a bonus is that you can wash it to keep it clean👍

    Search for Lizard Skin bar tape.They are top quality and offer different colours and thickness.On the downside they are expensive but sometimes on Ebay👍
