Hi

I need to find the serial number for my radio in order to find the lost code.

When I press 1 & 6 together, it cycles through a series of info, but none are a m or v number. So I understand I have to partially remove the radio to see the serial number.

I have just received 4 ring pull type tools. However, there are no slots to push them into. 

It is a 2012 Mondeo if that makes any difference. 

Firstly is anyone able to find the serial number from all the other info that cycles on the screen?

And secondly,  if not, how do I go about removing the radio?

    There's usually a few digits before the V when it cycles through, but its just the V plus the 6 digits after that you require. Normally near the end of the cycle..  Hope that helps?

    The letter v only appears once in the cycle but is followed by only 4 digits. The cycle is:
