Vignale alloy wheels problems

Hi, I have a 2017 Smax Vignale. In 2019 the alloy wheels were replaced under warranty as the surface was erupting in white marks. It looked like some form of oxidation. 2 years on the same thing is happening. My dealership admitted that they have replaced a number of wheels under waranty but my replacements only had a one year warranty. I have now taken the matter up with Ford's customer service department and wonder if any other users have had this problem?

    I have the same problem with wheels on my 2019 Focus Vignalle I am not going to bother with Warranty claim as I have scuffed the two nearside rims so doubt that Ford would want to know. I am going to get them stripped and Powder Coated in Bright Silver £240 for the four wheels as I think the almost Chrome effect was a bad idea from Ford in the first place.
