Focus IV 120PS ST-Line: Steel Spare?

Featured Replies

Focus 120 ST-Line Edition '20 reg, with 17" Alloys, tyre size is 215/50 R17.

I'm looking to get a full-sized spare. My options are to find a used alloy, or get a steel spare.

I've tried Oponeo but they only list a 16" steel spare.

Any ideas on a steel rim from another vehicle in the Ford range that would do the job, as a direct subsitute for the alloys ?

Background is - I tow a caravan and frankly, a puncture repair outfit or an odd size wheel is just not going to cut it if I have a puncture! So I want to equip my newly-purchased Focus at the outset so a puncture goes down from a (potentially show-stopping) crisis to an inconvenience.

Thanks - Richard

Upate 25/10 : Gave up on this, but found an excellent condition (unusual, this!) alloy c/w tyre/TPMS sensor instead.
