Dear sir 

I need your technical help.

My car is in ford dealership for TCM issue.

They acknowledged that my TCM has problem . Now they are telling me I need to change the gear box too.

This is because my car is abit juddering when on idle.

I have noticed that before and I asked some

Mechanic and said that this is normal.

They said something like relay is built inside

The bcm and I need to switch on ac to get load .

This is true that my car get stable from juddering . So I thought this is not a big issue. Now dealer wanted me to replace

Gearbox because of this. It is too expensive and I couldn't afford.

Do you think it is a gear box problem?

    Almost impossible to say without a lot more information, and carrying out some tests.

    If it was my 2013 car and it drove OK apart from a little 'judder' when at idle I would not be replacing the gearbox.

    Me too. That's why I don't want to replace but dealer siad without replace gearbox, they can't replace tcm. 

    I feel like I have been ripped off by the dealer as I have extended warrenty with Ford which my car entitled for tcm replacement free of charge
