HankHill
Going to be swapping the battery in our 2013 Fiesta Ecoboost 1.0 Zetec soon. Will the radio need a code if its disconnected? If so I have read that I can use a battery charger to keep the power to the car whilst swapping. Will my CTEK MXS 5 trickle charger be ok to use, or is it not necessary? alexp999
No, not necessary. No radio code on Mk7 onwards.

datacroft
I have a 2009 Fiesta Titanium Auto MK 6, if I change my radio head and display will I need a new radio code?

So no code needed.
datacroft
Thanks for the responses and have now managed to install a new radio head. Unfortunately I have broken one of the two bevelled clips that are fitted to the base of the radio facia, does anyone one know the part number and where, if possible I could buy a replacements? I'm not sure which clips you mean. Are they shown on this parts diagram? datacroft
Looking at the diagram I think it's 043B26, possibly but probably not <06066. Thanks for the response.
datacroft
Yep, I've now positively identified the clip(s) I need as <043B26. Now can anyone help in the hunt as to where I could procure any?

You could contact your local Ford dealer to see if they have any in stock. The Finis part number for that is 1543066. (Parts dept may not be open over the BH) Alternatively, you could ask at local breakers yards if it's something that could be re-used?
