Featured Replies

help needed with a misfire that's driving me nuts. focus vi-vct 2012 125bhp. changed plugs, leads , coil pack , air filter , been on computer no errors. car starts 1st time every time runs fine. drive for a couples of hundred yards and then i can feel the misfire car doesnt pull as it should up the slight hill at the end of my road after approx a mile car drive perfectly. This is 1st thing on way to work. car is parked all day at work. then when coming home car starts 1st time drives fine for couple hundred yards then i can feel this misfire again. there's a T junction at the end of the road and if i have to stop at the junction, sometimes the car will lose all power and backfire then it will drive as nothing has happened.
