Hi again does any of you Fordies out there  know if there is a short shifter for the mk2 1.8 facelift model

Says for mk1 but they share the same IB5 gearbox.

Thanks for that will look into it, but do you know for certain it fits, dont fancy spending £50+ if it dont fit, do you know anybody whos done it? ps sorry for all the doubt but a little excited about it, been wanting one for ages.

I'm not 100% on it. I had found it when I had my mk2. I guess it depends on how it fits on. You can message the seller to ask.

Have already messaged the seller, but your input was Great it gave me insight into the problem, but will keep going and see how it turns out,thanks so much for the info.

Hi FOCUE further to my gear stick problem, price of short shifter is £54+ but seller not sure if it fits, looks like it does but not willing to part with 54 pounds to find it does not fit,he wanted me to buy it to see if it did,if it did he said he would market it for Focus mk2, but not going to risk it.

Yeh I wouldn't risk it if he is not sure.
