mk4.5 heated seats wiring?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, sorry my first post is asking for help.

Iv got a 2012 mk4.5 ecotec mondeo. iv fitted half leather seats that have heating and cooling on them.

Iv read alot of info from all over the internet about wiring them but its all about the mk4 and the mk4.5 seams different.

Iv got all the wiring under the seats, iv got 3 fuse boxes in the boot but iv got a white plug not the green and grey plug in the centre console, turns out it should have a white plug on this version. Iv got hold of the correct loom to come off the white plug that goes to the heated seat switch but iv noticed the 4 wires that would seam to operate the heated seats are missing in the ***** plug on the main loom! (Very annoying!)

Has anyone fitted heated seats to a mk4.5 and could give me some help and advice please?

Many thanks in advance
