car phone

Ihave a focus mk2 1.8 2008 titanium facelift model ,why dosnt the phone part of radio work tried alsorts of things. Is there something missing in the radio or electrics of the car.

The Bluetooth module is separate to the rest of the radio and wasn't fitted to every mk2 Focus. It's located above the glovebox (once you remove it).

If you press the phone button and just get 'mute', then you either have a faulty/unplugged module, or it wasn't fitted in the first place.

Did it work and then stopped? Or have you never seen it work in this car?
