Luke4efc Posted October 31, 2021 Share Posted October 31, 2021 The bluetooth module is separate to the rest of the radio and wasn't fitted to every mk2 Focus. It's located above the glovebox (once you remove it). If you press the phone button and just get 'mute', then you either have a faulty/unplugged module, or it wasn't fitted in the first place.
