Fog light that won’t turn off

Featured Replies

Hello I wonder if anyone can help.  I have become the new owner of a 2018 Ford Fiesta Titanium which I have had for a week.  After driving it around a night I have realised quite a lot of people have been flashing their lights at me.  I got someone to check the front of the car and one right fog light is permanently on when I have my dipped beams manually on or on the automatic setting.  I can’t turn it off.  Has anyone had this problem.  My husband rang the garage and the salesman said it was meant to be like this!  Thank you for any help, Kirsty

If you turn the wheel you'll find the fog light should swap sides. It's designed to improve visibility when turning corners in the dark. In reality it's a bit of a gimmick.

You can use the software FORScan, and turn off the 'cornering lights'.

Personally I don't like them and find them to be distracting when I see them on cars comming towards me.
