Here a weird one low boost pressure changed pressure converter (vacumne solenoid).

Cleaned vacumn reservoir and all pipes new air filter new turbo. Oil filters changed. Vacumn filter cleaned. Vacumn pump working.

Intermittently drops powered and limp mode took it fo an hours drive at 3500 rpm.

Cleared dtc's for 20mins approx drove rubbish no.power at all worse than when old turbo was on it and no evidence there was anything wrong with the old turbo

After 20mins regained it's power drove well upto I stopped cleared the codes egr valve errors then drove like ***** again.

Tried disconnecting egr no difference egr and everything appears to be working.

Strangely before changing the turbo I never got any codes for the egr valve and its been cleaned properly no carbon at all.left in it.

So really strange fault

If I disconect the vacumne pipe to the turbo powers there instant till I get to approx 3000rpm when it throws an over boost fault code and goes into limp.mode.

Dpf does a static regen no errors approx 25mins at 1500rpm.

Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on here???

Did you try resetting the variable vane sensor adaptation? Or when making the changes did you disconnect the battery? If not the ECU will still have the same values and will need reset to go back into learn mode.
