    Hi, it can take a few days because it's run by Russians, up to 5 days sometimes. 

    Are you a member of my Mk5 FB group? We have a Forscan guide and links to the cable etc

    No problems when i bought the 1 year version for £7. Unfortunately for me it  proved the DPS 6  B clutch problem was real and the cost is £1600 for a replacement as they dont sell the B fork individually .

    I did buy the enhanced OBDII  cable from a web site as i had trouble with my old wifi connection .

    I did find it easy to operate with the help of some youtube videos .
