Help! Just had my sync re-installed by dealership. Had to re-pair my mobile phone (iPhone). Now I have a Red Cross over the settings cog on the mobile phone symbol on sync screen. Can anyone advise what it means please

    Could be wrong but is it not your emergency assist needs resetting?

    Worth a look if nobody gives the correct answer.
