Hose Clips

Featured Replies

MK1 (facelift) Focus

My expansion tank is cracked so I will be replacing this

I also want to replace the spring hose clips as they are rusty. Where can I source replacement spring hose clips? Ideally, I'd like to purchase in a shop (if possible)

Does anyone know the specific sizes?

Car has done 120K Miles. Is it worthwhile replacing anything else, while I do this job?

Whenever I replace hose clips I just use worm drive ones. I roughly measure the diameter by just holding a tape measure above the hose, and maybe get a size smaller/larger as well as my measured size if borderline. As a result I've accumulated quite a pile of them over the years, but they do come in useful for all sorts of little jobes/both repairs etc.!
