DaveT70
battery is probably dead and not giving enough voltage

Amir2011
replacing the battery didn't solve the issue. i suspect the codan, because i cannot hear the relay, after pressing the correct code. how can i be sure?
F0CUE
You can try clearing the code with ForScan and an ELM27 lead.
Amir2011
tried to connect elm obd2, but it fails to connect. where is the relay of the codan. maybe it is damaged and should ve replaced. how can I find it?

If you have a correct ELM27 lead and either a mobile with ForScan light or a laptop with ForScan you can read codes no problem. This place is your best bet. I am not sure what you mean about "codan". I'm fairly sure that most people on this UK Ford forum have no idea what you are talking about. What is "codan" and what "keyboard" ? Maybe you can post some pictures of the codan and the keyboard ? There is a very simple answer to this. Contact whoever installed the "Codan" unit. There is not a chance in hell that anyone on this forum is going to be able to help with something that is an aftermarket security device, that we don't have in the UK, and don't know what it does.
