 - Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC

Module: Instrument Cluster

Diagnostic Trouble Code details

The battery voltage level is too low.

Possible causes are:

Battery voltage line - open or short

Poor battery condition

===IC DTC B2103-20===
Code: B2103 - No Signal detected at PATS module from transceiver. (Antenna not connected from transceiver)

Status: 
 - Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC

Module: Instrument Cluster

Diagnostic Trouble Code details

PATS transceiver circuit fault.

--- Possible Causes --------

PATS antenna not connected

Transceiver resonds, but diagnostic byte says antenna defective

-Suspect Antenna or Antenna wiring Module

Start with the easy stuff first.

Charge the battery for a FULL 24 hours.

Normally I don't recommend clearing the DTC but I think in your case we have a full list now so after charging the battery clear all DTC and see what comes back.

Then it will be possible to see more clearly the cause of the problem.

Just an update in the interim. 

Tried to start this morning and for the first time it didn't start. Tested the battery and its goosed.

Bought a new one, put it in, and starts like a dream now.

Obviously, this doesn't solve anything as yet, as I will still clear the DTS as you mention, but just wanted to update

Your new battery should still be charged overnight so that it can be as near 100% as possible. Don't think just because its new it will be in tip top condition.
