Hi guys I'm new here so hello to you all,

 

Can anyone help me please. I have the 1.0l petrol focus MK3 ecoboost on a 2014 plate. Just wondering does anyone know if it needs a gearbox service or oil change. I have a 5 speed manual. Reason I ask is I am experiencing a slight clicking noise coming from the gear shifter area during stationary traffic sat in neutral and just wondering if this would resolve the problem. It drives fine but it's a bit annoying the noise itself considering the amount of money I've thrown at the car to get it up to a very high standards. I haven't checked the oil as I don't really know how to but did take it to ford who as always unless the cars on its last breath or their able to make big bucks out of you have said it's fine during a diagnostic and ended up doing a bunch of other work to it which hasn't resolved this issue but cost me a load of money anyway. Thanks in advance.
