Passenger electric window not working from passenger side, but works from drivers button??...mk3 focus

Ive recently bought a mk3 focus, everything seemed to be working, but mrs tried to open window from her side and nothing.....it opens from the drivers buttons.....any ideas anyone?

    Before replacing switch, have you activated the 'window lock' button found adjacent to the driver side window switches?

    I thought that only worked on the rear windows ?

    Yes, normally, but if it's a 3 door, it will lock the passenger door. It's likely you are correct that a new switch may be needed, my suggestion just reflects me, quick, and cheap LOL

    takes about 10 minutes. No need to take the door panel off on your model if I remember correctly.
