Hi all my 2007 s-max spins over but don't start it trys and then sounds like battery is flat on the odd occasion it does Start it soon dies again was running ok before ,rac man came out said fuel is getting to injector and couldn't diagnose any more. Any help would be greatful

    You need to use FORScan and read the DTC's. The problem could be anyone of a hundred things.

    I've put my own code reader on and it said no faults , the rac had his own reader on but he said I don't think the fuel pressure is any good didn't say that's what his reader said

    Unless you own an actual Ford code reader then I'm not surprised that your reader didn't show any DTC's

    The problem with almost all generic code readers is they will not show manufacture specific DTC's. The best that you can get as a private individual is FORScan which is almost as good as the real Ford equipment.

    Fuel rail pressure could indeed be a factor, so at least with FORScan you can set up live data monitoring and watch what the rail pressure is while trying to start.

    Car as gone to the garage , apparently it was a blocked fuel filter car now starts but dual mass flywheel Is worn which is probably the reason why it used to shake , so it's going to have full service, cambelt and water pump and clutch and dmf , cheers for the replys guys
