Rattle when reversing

Hi there hopefully someone can help! 2018 fiesta st line 22k miles. When cold and reversing there’s a rattle from underneath the car. Took it to the local garage who diagnosed a failed flexy. Ford main dealer replaced the flexy and said the source of the rattle was a cracked turbo heat shield. The noise is still there and occasionally when the car is warm. Any ideas anyone?
