Hi, I'm new to the club so hope that this is in the right area?

Couple of quickies, hopefully, what bolts/screws do I need to connect the drivers side window motor to the regulator on a 2001 3 door?  Last person that did the job didn't reuse the correct bolts and used screws instead!! 

Also having a problem with the heater direction control.  I have taken the dash apart and got to the blender control unit where the heat and directing units connect to the mechanism in the drivers side footwell but the slider appears to be jammed rather than the actual switching mechanism being at fault.  Not sure how easy it is to take the part off as not covered by the Haynes manual also can't see any parts on a popular auction site.  Does anyone have any ideas on this or past experience?
