Any KAios users out there?

Featured Replies

Just had my kaios phone back from nokia after repairs (it died, no power up so couldn't save stuff). And of course everything that wasn't on the SD card has gone including activities that I hadn't uploaded to Strava.

So now its back and I've now used Kaios Activity I thought I'd look for the file that was generated. But no joy!

Anyone know what KaiOS "Activity" files are called and where they are? I've plugged the phone into my PC and scoured the storage folders in memory and on the SD card but cannot find anything that could be them (Nothing at all for the date when I recorded a bike ride).

I am not familiar with KaiOS but whilst away for repair the phone will have been wiped and factory reset I would imagine. Recovering the file is going to be difficult, but not impossible for a phone tech.

The only suggestion I have is to go on another bike ride, this will create a file and you should find that easily enough when it's saved. Once you find it you will know the file extension and the storage location, that info may help you to find old files too.
