Focus MK3 white smoke problems

Hi guys. I bought myself an engine damaged Focus MK3 1.6TDCI , the 115 HP model. The engine was cracked so I bought a used one, I reconditioned the cylinder head , new gasket, oil, etc. So far so good

After i started the car for the first time , the engine was running rough, big white smoke and a rattling noise. Took the injectors for a test. The guy said all 4 are burned, new another ones. I bought 4 used injectors, same problem. I measured the charging, it was 15.8V. I took the generator to a workshop and they reconditioned it. Engine running in the same way. 
 

Sometimes when I start the car, all the light on the dash remain on, and the engine is working marvelous. After I accelerate once, it starts rattling and running rough again, with big white smoke. 
 

What should be my next step? Maybe someone encountered a problem similar to this

    Have you tried reading fault codes eg with forscan software and a good reader like the ones tunnel rat electronics sell.

    I used xDiag pro 3. No fault codes. Injector corrections are all at 0.98-1.12
