Car cutting out 2 error code U0415 or P0094

I have a Ford s max 2.0 diesel power shift 2011 61 plate. Car randomly cuts out P on gearbox is clicking and flashing away car losses power when you try to accelerate no power. Leave the car for 30 mins it start up fine but then does the same thing. AA was called out they said error code was P0094 fuel leak, car has had a genuine Ford fuel filter and is with Ford dealer who says they can’t find a leak and as there is no error code. They said they will do pcm or pmc update whatever that is. Anyone ever had this problem or know what this problem could be. Gearbox has been reconditioned car has been back to them and they are saying issue with ABS fault code u0415. 
 

Car has been to Ford main dealer who says there is no fault with the car. Car also been to carwood who advised a leak  of test was done all ok No faults found.

    Hi Dally,

    were you able to sort this issue out eventually? I'm in the exact same boat, just had my crappy gearbox reconditioned and today morning its flashing P and I'm getting U0415 fault.
