Battery light

Hi I recently had a battery warning light appear on my car, after checking it out i replaced the battery, the problem still occurred, so i replaced the alternator as instructed by my garage, but the light is still coming on, all wiring is checked and ok, we then synchronised the battery to the computer and it seems to have worked. Until I discovered the light still comes on. 

Now here is the problem.

The battery light comes on at 6pm every night, I have to turn off engine, lock doors and leave car for 5-10 mins before starting car, in which the car is then fine and all lights gone until the next day.

 

Has anybody had this issue before, please help as it is stressing me out.
