Hi.

My name is Robert and I own a Focus 2010 Mk2 LV series-2 hatch with a Duratec HE 2 litre engine and the 4-speed auto (can be driven in semi-auto mode).

I've been a fan of the Focus Mk2 for several years, having driven a lot of rentals in New Zealand over 8 years (and eventually owning a 2007 2L 5-speed) in NZ even though I live in Australia.

The biggest positive for me is the suspension. I have a bad lower back, and I find the suspension to be very "forgiving" and comfortable on long trips. In other small cars my back is usually hurting after about an hour of driving. I also like the handling characteristics (despite a some body roll) and the overall dynamics and steering are great.

It's also a very practical car with plenty of space (especially in the boot) and a lack of "tinsel" in the cabin.

I hope to pick up some additional knowledge about the car from other users and maybe solve a couple of niggling issues.

Cheers
