I think i need a new clutch on my st170 03 plate focus because it over reving a bit and when i apply the handbrake and pull off in first gear it doesnt stall

and i wanted to know do i need clutch and a flywheel and a master cylinder and oils and are these parts fitted by a mechanic goign to cost me a £1,000 parts and labour inc and if so should i sell the car to webuyanycar or auction it if because i dont wont to spend lots of money on the car?
