my service light keeps coming on with traction control light. When I turn engine off  they stay off for about 40 miles then they on again till I turn engine off. This keeps happening. Any ideas. Thanks

    I would put a good elm327 fault code reader on it with forscan software.

    thanks but don’t know what you mean. Do you mean take it to a ford garage  as I took it to the transit centre and says carry on driving it. It is a 2015 and drives ok. He said it could be one of a dozen things

    You can buy a fault code reader from tunnel rat electronics. About twenty quid. With the extra added switch on for additional Ford functions.  Use with forscan software which is free for windows or about 6 quid for Apple Or android version of software.   Much better than paying someone else to read the codes for you.   These code readers also work on other makes of car with other free software so they are a very handy cheap thing to have

    as Isetta has said you need to read the DTC's in order to find the problem.

    If you can't do it yourself then get it done by an Auto-Electrician, the fault sound like one of the ABS wheel sensors is giving an incorrect speed reading.
