Can any one  help have a 2007 focus est 1.8 duatorq face-lift model fitted anew engine out of a 2005 focus kept the ecu and all wiring off the 2007 car all fitted and ran sweet a couple of days later wouldn't start engine malfunction put the elm on it with forscan big list of faults p1622 imbolizer codes don't match     cluch pedal brake pedal  p1936 p1936   u0140 lost comnication with body modual u0155 lost communication with ipc  cleared all codes then ran fine for a day or 2 the back to no start or starting no clocks and would not rev at all the code again immobiliser I'd doesn't match have changed the coil round the key still does the same leav it a while and it goes again  battery is fine and charging  also had u2023 today vehicle communication network fault would any one have any suggestions thanks 

Sounds like the common instrument cluster solder joint problem.
