USB and Bluetooth not working n a 2009 Ford Fiesta

Featured Replies

Guys , i have a 2009 Ford Fiesta with usb and bluetooth which does not work. When i press phone i see 'mute' on the display and in the settings bluetooth shows BT off. I cannot turn it on. Also the USB port does not charge or recognize the usb. Also Aux button is doing nothing. I have already removed and plugged again the bluetooth module but nothing happens. Any ideas to help me? Thanks.

Has it ever worked in the time you have owned the car ?

Sounds to me like your system does not have Bluetooth, even if someone has added the module it would still have to be activated in the software

Chris is whats known as a 'One Post Wonder' so don't expect a reply.

If you have the exact same problem, then the exact same answer will apply.
