Focus mk3 instrument cluster

Featured Replies

Hi my instrument cluster started to

come on and off and now it’s off and won’t come back on at all the car starts Ok, but have no cluster information such as speedometer, fuel level or rev counter. Has anyone had this problem where there can help me out.

Hi Jimmy,

I had an issue with my Sync today in my MK3 focus 2016, where it wouldn't even look for Bluetooth or let me into the sync options , apps or settings

Checked the owner manual and it pointed me towards to the fuses under the glove box, the one which controlled the Sync Module was corroded so I cleaned it up as i didnt have a 7.5 on me and popped it back in and its working again now,

may be worth checking out if you haven't already that something like this hasn't happened to yours also,

Best,

J

So it's getting power and grounding properly and the cluster itself doesn't appear to have any issues, that is weird!! does it maybe point to something like a corroded connection point as everything else seems to be working as it should?

Best
