Wet Drivers Footwell

I have a wet drivers footwell, I read a Ford Workshop notification that there is a fault with the condensation drain pipe from the air con unit falling off, so venting into the footwell.

If i turn off air con then the water dries up. I informed fords of this fault, and surprisingly they had never heard of it so charged me £80 to investigate, they concluded that the  condensation drain pipe had indeed fallen off, the Ford workshop notification said that if this happened it had to be glued on. Well at my next service they knocked the pipe off again and refused to take responsibility without me paying a further £80 to investigate.

Does anybody know how i easily access this pipe, it must be at the back of the centre console by the peddles.
