Window problem

I can have all the windows open and leave the car, I press the lock button as they say and the windows should all close from the keyfob. All mine close except the passenger door window. I have closed the window on the switch in the door and held it to reset its closing and also done this with the keyfob but it makes no difference. Any idea guys? or will get Ford to do it under warranty when it goes in for 1st service. Focus 1.0l Ecoboost titanium on 20 plate.

    You need to reset "Bounce Back" on the passenger door window. It's a bit of a pain to get it to reset but the instructions are in the handbook
