Is there anyone out there that knows of a suitable hand-held OBD2 CAN-BUS scan tool that 

can be successfully used with a 2018 Ford KA+Active 1.2L petrol hatchback car?

I have emailed several OBD manufacturers and Ford UK.

Most of these have asked me for the VIN, (Which I supplied) but that's as 

far as it goes and, after that, none of them return my email.

It's a though it's a state secret! 

I emphasise that I am looking for a hand-held device and not Bluetooth.

Hopefully, one of you may be able to help.
