Mot Failure

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, i just got my 1999 T Reg 1.6 Zetec back from MOT Testing centre and it has failed on a couple of things. What Im concerned about is the advisories that came with it

1. Susension Joint Offside Lower Dust Cover Split/Missing

2. Steering rack side rod joints worn slightly. Lowered suspension fitted alround. Sill covers fitted. Front subframe has

surface corrosion.

How is lowered suspension warrant an advisory notice?

Anyone got any ideas what exactly all that means and how I can put it right?

Thanks in advance. Any comments/suggestions and or ideas all gratefully received.

Regards
