Help With A Flat Sport On One Of My Alloy Wheels.

While I was washing the car today I noticed that I seem to have a flat spot on one of my alloys. I have checked the pressure and none has escaped. I have attached a photo below. Can I just get a new alloy and reuse the same tyre?

    one of my alloys was like that, but managed to get the dealer i brought it from to change it. it took some arguing but they swapped it for a wheel that was on the demo car.
