Forgive me if I'm imagining this. (although I'm pretty certain im not)

UK peeps. does anyone have/remember the website that was spoke about on Top Gear ages ago (i mean OG Top Gear with Clarkson/May/Hammond) which if you plug your reg into, it got you all the specs, what it cost new, how many were made, what options it got, and, iirc what the car was originally bought with and what options were available to that car.

it wasnt Parkers, nor the DVLA. neither have that level of detail and for the absolute life of me I cant remember what it was. I only remember as I remember seeing that my Focus is 1 of only 700(rounded) ever made. and that the Titanium spec (at the time) got EITHER cruise OR 1/2 leather.

Its a super useful website now that I'm thinking forward to life after "ole bessie" to move on to vehicle new. (mainly cause i want to know what kind of club I'd be in if I got say an S3, or an ST-LX 182 or whatever.

 

alternatively i could be chatting complete bubbles and i should go back to smoking/snorting/popping whatever it was that made me imagine it

    Up until a couple of weeks ago the Ford ETIS site gave you much of the information that you mention. It has unfortunately just been closed down and replaced with a new system that only garages can now access.

    Take the results with a pinch of salt though. Some trim levels are basically the same so there may some that cab be grouped together.
