Iphone And Bluetooth

Featured Replies

New to the forum, have asked this question in apple support forum but got no where. I have an iPhone 3GS just updated to iOS4 however since version 3 of the firmware my iPhone and Ford bluetooth do not want to talk to each other anymore :( I was hoping that this was going to be resolved in the iOS4 release but it wasn't. Is there anyway that I am able to update the firmware on the car's bluetooth? It looks like it's a Nokia part but the only details I could get off it, as it's hidden behind the glove box, are these. 4M5T-19G488 and B1A245134

I have tried googling these details but not got anywhere.

I can’t help mate but i can inform you that 2 of my mates both have Iphone 3Gs and they can’t detect or receive anything from any Nokia or Motorola even the N95, perhaps when the fiesta goes on sale in America at the end of the year Apple may create a patch. :(
