TDR|XTC Posted February 20, 2022 Share Posted February 20, 2022 Hello interweb forums! I am trying to rebuild a HHJE engine from a Ford Fiesta MK7 2009 1.6 Diesel on my own! I have all the necessary tooling, and some improved parts like uprated valves, valve springs, rod bolts, head bolts and other bits and pieces. The car runs at 206 bhp but i want to refresh the engine as it has 220 000 km, 70 000 of which ran with mods. If anyone can help with useful tips on rebuilding the engine, a engine repair manual and how to set up timing would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
