2017 Fiesta - Soaking wet passenger footwell.

I noticed today when lifting my mat that the passenger footwell is literally soaking wet so there is a leak somewhere. I did think I had a leak a few months ago as the car smelt damp and I get terrible condensation on the car windscreen and sometimes it could be condensation or maybe not, but I swear I have been dripped on from the light on the roof before.

 

Any idea what could be the cause? Someone mentioned maybe a leak in the aerial on the roof, but would that much water be able to get in from there and flood only the passengers side floor? The rest of the car is dry. We have had those storms the last few days and its maybe got worse from these.
