engine cleaner

thinking of giving my engine bay a clean got some snow form but looking to get some engine cleaner on it whats best to use or will the snow form be just as good

You have probably cleaned it by now, but in the past I used a motorcycle engine cleaner.

In the distant past I used Gunk or Jizer.

You need a proper engine de greaser, snow foam is barely up to the task of cleaning a muddy car exterior! Definitely won't touch anything baked on with engine heat & oil!
